It's just one of those forwarded text messages we regularly receive, but this time, it requires other people to participate and it's really fun. I spent an entire day (or two) laughing my heart out of all the replies I received. So, let me just go ahead and share some of them with you all, here it goes ...

Anyways, FYI for the people from outside the Call Center world, AHT stands for "Average Handling Time" for calls. For example, you took 45 calls a night, 5mins. AHT. And in case you still don't get it, ask any of your friend from the same field I am to explain more further/go into details. ;-P
